Been may fave go to place for milk tea since 2019! Tried different places only to say boba theory is still the best! Both my husband and I! Anytime we crave for boba tea, we always drive here even if there are closer milk tea places to us. Staffs are nice and the place is clean. You'll know it's a good place when it's been there for long years! And a lot of people go there.

This great little drink spot is one of my wife and i's favorite places to go. We love all of the staff and look forward to seeing them each time we stop in. For a while we were able to go frequently enough that we were on first name basis with almost everybody there. Have a wonderful selection of drinks and a few pastries for snacking on. If you're in the city of Morrow and are looking for a small business to support this is it!

I came here on my lunch break because I needed something good and strong to wake me up! The White Mocha Latte is AMAZING and so is the service!! Highly recommend if you like local cafes.

This place has the tastiest and softest desserts I've had in a long time, not to mention the amazing flavors of milk tea! I have a picky palette but this is somewhere that I can fully indulge with top satisfaction in every category. I've only been once and just HAD to leave a review! Such kind staff, peaceful atmosphere, and top of the line family/small business. Definitely going to be a regular customer!

We visited Boba Theory to celebrate both of my children moving up to the next grade, and it was the perfect spot for our little family celebration! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and it made the occasion feel extra special for all of us. I have to give a huge shoutout to Tina, whose customer service was absolutely top tier. She greeted us with such warmth and excitement, making my kids feel celebrated from the start. Tina gave us amazing recommendations that we all ended up loving—she really knows the menu and made the whole experience even better. We were truly appreciative of the kindness and attention Tina showed us. Thank you to her and the whole Boba Theory team for helping us make a sweet memory. We’ll definitely be back!

Even though they were busy, the service, and food was fantastic. The employees were friendly. I wish we were closer so we could visit more often. The prices were fair as well.

An unexpected find and I was pleasantly surprised! I had a large honeydew slushy with rainbow jelly and my niece had the matcha slushy why aloe jelly and they were both delicious! We also ordered desert to go and found both to be great as well. I had the cheese danish with no icing and ordered a blueberry muffin for breakfast they next day. The muffin was huge, and tasted great. Mild flavor which allowed you to really take the blueberries. The restaurant was really clean, including the restroom. They have a really nice patio that faces the street, which can be loud at times due to the busy intersection and nearby train, but still totally enjoyable. The service matched the rest of the experience and was quite personable and friendly. I will definitely be back for a return visit.

The good drink was good. I order strawberry, Oreo, matcha, chocolate, and taro milk tea. Everything came out good except for the strawberry which tasted somehow. It tasted like a lot of water with a little strawberry.
